Acronym of the Centre: BLUE CRISTAL

This Center of Competence was established with a decision of the Council of Ministers of Republic of Bulgaria (Protocol №49 / November 1, 2023 point 4). The mission of the Centre is to conduct advanced scientific research to address complex environmental, economic, and social challenges in the Black Sea region and the Lower Danube River  basin. We aim to provide evidence-based solutions through interdisciplinary collaboration and rigorous methodologies, contributing to global scientific knowledge.
